This Privacy Policy explains how Katria ("we", "us") handles information when you use our video publishing and channel management tool at katria.ai (the "Service").

1. Information we process

Account information — name and email address provided when you sign in (for example via Google Sign-In).
YouTube data — information about the YouTube channels you authorize: channel identifiers and titles, video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails), and upload/publication status.
Content you provide — video files and related assets you upload for publication, and scheduling settings.
Usage data — basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

We use the information above solely to provide the Service: uploading and publishing videos to your channels, scheduling publications, managing metadata, and showing you the status of your uploads. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your YouTube data for advertising.

3. YouTube API Services

Katria uses YouTube API Services. By using Katria, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy describes how Google handles your data.

Our use of data received from the YouTube API is limited to the features described in Section 2. In particular, we access your YouTube account data (channel and video metadata) and perform uploads only on your instruction.

Revoking access: you can revoke Katria's access to your YouTube account at any time via the Google security settings page: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After revocation, we can no longer publish to that channel.

4. Data retention & deletion

We retain data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your data (and of any content we stored on your behalf) at any time by writing to support@katria.ai. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except: (a) with service providers that host the Service (data processors under our instructions); (b) when required by law. Video content published to YouTube becomes subject to YouTube's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to secure the Service.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date.
