Katria is a tool that helps you create, upload, schedule and manage YouTube videos on channels you own or are authorized to operate.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must be authorized to operate each channel you connect to Katria.
- You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
- You are responsible for the content you upload and for the settings you choose for each publication.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to upload content that infringes third-party rights, violates YouTube policies, or is unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your content. We retain all rights to the Service.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including actions taken by YouTube with respect to your channel or content.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke access via the Google security settings page. We may terminate or suspend the Service with notice.
